These terms describe the expected use of Hermes Host as a managed deployment platform for Hermes Agent.
Service scope
Hermes Host provides managed infrastructure, deployment workflows, and a control plane for Hermes Agent.
Users remain responsible for the prompts, credentials, connected channels, and downstream actions they choose to enable.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to abuse third-party APIs, violate platform policies, or operate deployments that are unlawful or intentionally harmful.
If a deployment creates risk for the platform or other users, access may be limited or suspended while the issue is investigated.
Operational expectations
Managed hosting reduces operational burden, but no hosted system should be treated as a guarantee against downtime, provider outages, or upstream platform changes.
Users should validate high-stakes workflows and keep human review in the loop where errors would be costly or irreversible.
