# Terms of Service

These terms describe the expected use of DeployHermes as a managed deployment platform for Hermes Agent.

## Service scope

DeployHermes provides managed infrastructure, deployment workflows, and a control plane for Hermes Agent.

Users remain responsible for the prompts, credentials, connected channels, and downstream actions they choose to enable.

## Acceptable use

You may not use the service to abuse third-party APIs, violate platform policies, or operate deployments that are unlawful or intentionally harmful.

If a deployment creates risk for the platform or other users, access may be limited or suspended while the issue is investigated.

## Operational expectations

Managed hosting reduces operational burden, but no hosted system should be treated as a guarantee against downtime, provider outages, or upstream platform changes.

Users should validate high-stakes workflows and keep human review in the loop where errors would be costly or irreversible.
