Here's where we've been, where we are now, and where we're headed.

## Phase 1: Foundation

Status: shipped · Shipped

- **One-click agent deployment** — Deploy a Hermes agent container on Fly.io in under a minute.
- **Workspace billing** — One hosted checkout and subscription per workspace, with secure Dodo portal management for invoices, payment methods, and cancellation.
- **Live log streaming** — Real-time log output from the agent container via EventSource.
- **Agent lifecycle management** — Start, stop, suspend, and destroy agents from the dashboard.
- **Google OAuth** — Secure sign-in via Google with JWT sessions.

## Phase 2: Agent Interface

Status: shipped · Shipped

- **Terminal access** — Live WebSocket terminal directly into the running agent container.
- **Memory management** — View, add, edit, and delete persistent agent memories from the dashboard.
- **Skills system** — Browse and manage the skills available to your agent.
- **Cron job scheduling** — Schedule recurring prompts with cron expressions delivered to any channel.
- **Session management** — Inspect active and ended sessions, including previews, source metadata, and safe deletion controls.
- **Config and secrets editors** — Edit `config.yaml` and `.env` from the dashboard with save, revert, and restart flows.
- **Multi-provider management** — Attach multiple provider credentials per agent and set a default routing provider.

## Phase 3: Power Features

Status: in-progress · Coming Soon

- **Agent API access** — REST API for programmatic agent control and integration.
- **Custom webhooks** — Trigger agent actions from external services via webhook URLs.
- **Health alerts** — Email and Telegram notifications when agents stop or fail.
- **Multi-region support** — Deploy agents closer to your users with selectable Fly.io regions.

## Phase 4: Platform

Status: planned · June 2026

- **Multi-agent orchestration** — Connect agents together so they can hand off tasks and collaborate.
- **Agent marketplace** — Publish and install pre-configured agent templates.
- **Team collaboration** — Invite teammates to your workspace and share agents.
- **Usage analytics** — Message counts, token usage, and uptime metrics per agent.
- **Lifecycle automation** — Automatic `starting` to `running` transitions based on Fly machine health polling.
